### Wellness / Illness Visit A Wellness/Illness Visit provides evaluation and treatment for routine healthcare needs, minor illnesses, and general health concerns. Visits may include a review of symptoms and medical history, vital signs, focused physical examination, medication review, preventive health guidance, and development of an appropriate treatment plan. Common reasons for a visit may include cold or flu symptoms, sore throat, sinus or ear concerns, urinary symptoms, minor skin conditions, medication concerns, blood pressure checks, general wellness needs, and other non-emergency health concerns. Laboratory testing, diagnostic testing, prescriptions, referrals, or follow-up care may be recommended when clinically appropriate. **Please note:** Phoenix Clinical Services does not provide emergency care. Patients experiencing a medical emergency should call 911 or seek care at the nearest emergency department.
